MTS Office, based in Upstate SC, is seeking an IT Helpdesk technician to work with our new and existing clients. The Position will consist of providing technical support on Lexmark and Toshiba MFP’s and printers. The position will also include assisting with set up, installation, and training for MTS clients on their new equipment. The position will be a combination of in-office and on-site support and will be housed out of our Greenville, SC location.
Experience in the office equipment industry , computer networking/IT support, and or an associate degree in information technology is not required but preferred.
